- Rename "Warehouse" to "Grand Hall"
- New command "bupgradevault" – using Grand Halls will upgrade your faction's vault by 500k each
DEV NOTE: THIS WILL PROBABLY BE LOWERED TO 250K WHEN MORE BENEFITS ARE ADDED TO GRAND HALLS
