Template:Game update

Titled update infobox and lead for published Bconomy updates. Uses the shared infobox style. Previous and next updates occupy equal halves of an independent navigation row.

Keep stylesheet tags and display-title metadata inside the caption so they cannot create an empty paragraph above the infobox.
