Museum reward Tiers

Proposed placement: Museum. The five-collectible Halloween set is the concrete example. Provenance caps the paid reward Tier; completing more sets without raising the cap does not bypass it. Other collections scale their base reward by the required number of collectibles; historical collections are closed.

Feeding and Level Up Award chance scales with Energy added relative to Pet capacity; separate 5-minute evaluation cooldown
