These Items were originally Robber’s Radars, used to find or inspect targets for Robbing. Game update v5.7.17 on July 3, 2021 changed them from equipped Items to Items activated with the use command.
They later became Puzzle Toys, which boosted a Pet’s Intelligence, in game update v6.0.0 on May 12, 2022. They were renamed to Treated Hulls in game update v8.2.0 on November 7, 2023.
