November 7, 2023	v8.2.0	Users who used “Dormant Runes” in previous iterations of the Prestige Perks system have had the Runes automatically returned to their inventory. Dormant Runes are no longer usable for purchasing extra Prestige Perks.
August 4, 2022	v6.1.4	the Celestial Rune item has been named to "Dormant Rune"
June 11, 2022	v6.1.0	Lunar Shards and Celestial Runes are earnable from some quests! There is a ~3-5% chance of them appearing in a Hard Quest per reroll, and this chance is greatly boosted in Extreme Quests. Campaigns will always provide a reliable way to earn these as well. The Summer 2022 Campaign awards Treasure Chests. Lunar Shards and Celestial Runes can also be earned from Quests.
