You can also coalesce 1,000 of them into 1 Damned Intent.

History

Charred Crowns were introduced in game update v2026.04.16 on April 16, 2026 as rewards from Burn. They initially had no active use.

The Pyre: rites, relics, and a new season on August 31, 2026 allowed players to raise a maxed Pet beyond tier 20 or combine them into Damned Intent.

And for the truly committed: an Ascended pet leveled back to 100 can attempt the rite again, at double the cost, to become Transcendent at tier 22, the final tier. A Transcendent pet works twice as fast at its specialty and digs up far richer gem bags. 10 Phoenix Ash into 1 Charred Crown, 1000 Charred Crowns into 1 Damned Intent.
