Bay Upgrades are improvements you buy for one Relay Network Bay at a time, with Salvage and items. They only affect the Bay you bought them on. Relay Research is the network-wide counterpart.
Each upgrade has tiers; every tier costs more and does more, up to a maximum. Some upgrades only appear after a matching Research node.
Upgrades by Bay
