Improvements

- In-game notifications overhaul. (Wewert)
- The previous “Broadcasts” in-game message delivery has been retired and replaced fully with “Global Alerts”, which can be configured to serve the same functionality while also providing new, better customization options.
- Most in-game alert and notification systems, including player activity, personal notifications and action information output, have been overhauled to allow far greater customizability.
- I greatly encourage you to check your in-game Settings and adjust these notification options to your preference!
