New Features

- Two new ranks. (Wewert)
- Adds two new ranks into the lineup: Duke (🔥) and Technocrat (🛸).
Improvements

- Progression unlocks and menu order. (Wewert)
- Progression features now unlock at specific ranks: Museum at Aristocrat, Relay Network at Technocrat, Burn at Harbinger, and Pyre at Postmortal.
- These game mechanics can now all be accessed before Tier I.
