The Museum unlocks at Aristocrat and turns rare collectibles into repeatable sets. Each live collection asks for its own group of items. Donate the required items, complete the collection, receive its reward, and begin the set again.
Choose your active collection
[edit | edit source]Use Set Active on the collection you want your future action-found collectibles to come from. If more than one collection is live, this matters: finding a collectible is not the same thing as being guaranteed the one missing from your favourite set.
Items remain hidden until you begin donating, so the collection reveals itself as you work through it. Check your inventory and the Museum's required items before assuming you own a complete set.
Repeated completions improve rewards
[edit | edit source]A collection's base BC reward is 5 million BC per required item. Repeated completions can scale that reward through higher tiers, up to the system's maximum. Provenance raises the highest reward tier your account may earn. Read your current payout preview; completing another set does not mean you already qualify for the highest theoretical reward.
Collecting can support both income and long-term achievement goals. It is also seasonal, so choose whether to pursue another completion, save for a later reward tier, or concentrate on a different system.
Sunset has a specific meaning
[edit | edit source]A Sunset countdown means the collection is winding down but still active. Until it reaches zero, its collectibles can still drop, it can remain your active collection, and hand-ins still work.
After the deadline, new collectibles stop dropping and the collection cannot be selected as active. You can still hand in leftovers: the sunset hand-in counts complete sets for trophies and pays 1 billion BC per leftover collectible that cannot form a complete set. It clears all of that collection's remaining holdings in one operation.
Check the confirmation before clearing a sunset collection. That is different from the repeatable BC scaling of a live collection, and old collectibles should not be valued as if they still had an ongoing drop source.
Keep seasonal dates current
[edit | edit source]Use the Museum page's actual countdown and the current game announcements. Do not assume a collection repeats on the same calendar dates each year. A seasonal theme in Settings and an active Museum collection are related presentation and gameplay features, but they are not interchangeable progress indicators.
