== Hosting ==

* You need an active Supporter subscription. See [[Supporter Perks]].
* Pick a duration between {{GameValue|minigames.giveaways.giveawayMinDuration}} and {{GameValue|minigames.giveaways.giveawayMaxDuration}} hours.
* Up to {{GameValue|minigames.giveaways.giveawayMaxWinners}} winners can be chosen per Giveaway.
* Each item must be worth at least {{GameValue|minigames.giveaways.giveawayMinWorth}} BC and at most {{GameValue|minigames.giveaways.giveawayMaxWorth}} BC.

== Entering and winning ==

* Entering is free. Watch the announced item and finish time.
* Winners receive the item and '''Karma Runes''' (KR). Rare items give {{GameValue|minigames.giveaways.giveawayRareKrMult}}x the usual KR, so rare Giveaways are especially rewarding.
* Nobody legitimately asks for a payment to enter a normal in-game Giveaway. Do not send BC to anyone who does.

== Restricted profiles ==

[[Profile Modes|Ironman and Hardcore]] profiles cannot host or enter Giveaways, because they cannot receive items from other players. Giveaway controls and notifications are hidden for them. Player Activity announcements about Giveaways are still visible to every profile type.
