'''Bay Upgrades''' are improvements you buy for one [[Relay Network]] Bay at a time, with [[Salvage]] and items. They only affect the Bay you bought them on. [[Relay Research]] is the network-wide counterpart.

Each upgrade has tiers; every tier costs more and does more, up to a maximum. Some upgrades only appear after a matching Research node.
