Editing V2026.09.08 (section)

=== Improvements ===

* Announcements behavior. (Wewert)
** Progression and boss announcements show live but won’t stick in chat after you reconnect or reload.
** Repeated ascension, Museum collection, and Menagerie milestone announcements replace the latest matching entry while you remain connected.
** Discord keeps only the latest announcement in each ephemeral category: ascensions, collection milestones, rare and special finds, solo Ball Pit rolls, and each shared Ball Pit pool warning.
** Relay and boss event announcements still go to the Discord Events channel unchanged.
* Faction details for restricted profiles. (Wewert)
** Hardcore and Seasonal profiles can open faction links to view faction information, but you’ll see a mode-specific warning that you cannot interact with Factions.
** The restriction notice includes a shortcut to switch profiles or manage profiles so you can act quickly.
** Profiles that are already in a faction or cannot join factions can still open the Faction Leaderboard from the faction details.
* Chat and menu UI tweaks. (Wewert)
** Chat no longer repeats the active channel in a smaller tab when only one panel is open.
** Supply Depot is labeled ‘Depot’ in the menu and uses a smaller icon.
