== Worth and Market price ==

Every Item has a '''worth''': the BC you get for selling it straight from your inventory. Worth is also the base that other game systems calculate from.

The [[Market]] price is a separate thing. It is whatever players are listing and paying, so it can be much higher than worth for an Item that is scarce or in demand. [[Rare Items]] and crafting bottlenecks are the usual cases. Restricted profiles cannot use the Market and use the [[Supply Depot]] instead (see [[Profile Modes]]).

Some Items are bound to your account or kept off the Market. These can never be listed, sold or given away, though you can still use them.
