* <strong>Mint Cooldown Destroyer odds.</strong> (TheCarriedOne)
** Higher ascension tiers now give <strong>more chances per Work action</strong> to cut the Work cooldown.
** This scaling <strong>no longer stops at tier 100</strong>, it continues all the way to ascension tier 1000, so very high-tier characters will see the increased chance/roll effect.
** You get <strong>extra cut rolls</strong> at 200, 350, 500 and 1000 ascension.
